How to Submit your Title
cdv Software Entertainment USA is always looking for high quality titles to publish.
We accept a broad number of platforms, but are particularly well qualified to publish PC and Nintendo DS titles in North and Central America. We are, however, also looking at titles on the Xbox 360 and PSP at this time. Our parent company and cdv Software Entertainment Group is additionally extremely effective at publishing and distributing titles in Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH/GAS) and Eastern Europe.
We are not currently looking for titles that require extensive financing during the development cycle and prefer products that are within six to twelve months of publication. For handheld and console titles, please indicate whether concept approval has been granted and in which territory/ies.
To have your product evaluated, please contact licensing@cdvus.com and provide the following information:
• Name of Your Company
• Contact information for Primary Company Contact
• Name of the Product
• Platform(s)
• Territories Available
(Please specify openness to North America only, GAS/DACH, Pan-European deals or world-wide only.)
• Anticipating gold master/completion date
• Genre
• A brief synopsis of the game.
Also, please provide any fact sheets, a few screen shots and sell sheets, if available.
If there is an ftp where we can download evaluation versions, please provide it.
We will contact you shortly and provide any feedback, ask additional questions and conduct a formal evaluation process.
